Most recently, Ms. Poerschke represented more than 700 local and state governments in the National Prescription Opiate and Pharmacy Litigation MDL, landmark litigation against opioid manufacturers, distributors, and dispensers for their role in a decades-long national epidemic. Ms. Poerschke played a pivotal role in the prosecution against one of the prominent Big Three pharmacy defendants. In addition, Ms. Poerschke served on the ESI Logistics Committee and as an expert liaison.
