Wesley Bowden is a shareholder with Levin, Papantonio, Rafferty. He graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2005, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. In May 2008, he received his law degree from Cumberland School of Law. He practiced for two years in Pensacola at the State Attorney’s Office for the 1st Judicial Circuit as a felony prosecutor.

Since joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Bowden has dedicated his practice to personal injury and product liability litigation. He has been involved in multiple mass tort cases involving pharmaceutical products and environmental contamination.

In 2017, Mr. Bowden served as co-lead counsel in Vigneron v. E.I. DuPont, obtaining a $12.5 million verdict on behalf of a client who suffered from cancer after drinking water contaminated with the chemical PFOA (C8) discharged by DuPont’s Washington Works Teflon manufacturing plant.

In 2016, Mr. Bowden was part of the trial team which secured a $5.6 million verdict on behalf of an Ohio resident who developed cancer after consuming PFOA (C8) discharged by DuPont into the air and drinking water of the surrounding community.
